Only 1 place had people working. No AC was running and it was HOT! Not even sure this place is operating even though online said it would be open 2+ more hours.

Was there before it opened, so idk how it actually was. Seemed neat.

Honestly, most of the places inside weren't open yet, and though it had a cool vibe, it just wasn't the place yet.

A sad shell of it's initial idea. Almost everything is closed, not worth wasting time on anymore. Notice how all the reviews over 3 stars are from a year or further back.

The food at Jamaican Breeze was incredible. The atmosphere at epiQ was similar to a vacant warehouse.

I usually go for the sushi and sashimi, but some of the other restaurants I've tried have not been disappointing in the least. The facility is clean and respectfully quiet.

Just SAD! Only Jamaican Breeze and PAKOS Fresh Mex open. Like totally dead here now .

Used to be great with lots of unique options but almost all the restaurants are closed now! Last time I went there was maybe one or two open with all the other spots completely hollowed out. I loved the Japanese restaurant since it was the only place to get Onigiri but they fell near the end of December. Sadly I just don't see this place recovering

Not sure what happened in the year since I last went. There used to be soooo many options. I went Saturday and only 2 restaurants were operating. It looked very run down. Hopefully it's temporary

It’s sad what this place has become. I remember when this place first opened up and it was bustling with business and had a great variety of foods. But now it’s a shell of its former self with a lot of venues coming and going and not really hitting the mark. Not to mention how awful the potholes in the parking lot are. Apparently 4 new owners are taking over and bringing in new dining ventures to fill in all the empty spots but I highly doubt it will revive this spot. Guess good things can’t always last.

A hidden gem. There should be an effort to get more eateries back here!!! I'll be back.

Not worth going to by the looks of it. Most of the restaurants were closed during lunchtime on a Saturday.

We went for some Jamaican food and hoping we could find some pho here as the google maps stills mentioned it. But when we got there we saw a lot of businesses boths closed, shutdown dead.
I was sad because months ago that place was life itself, now it just looks like a abandoned building. There were some papers outside saying that there are new owners.

Please don't let this hall die, it is the perfect spot.
The food was amazing as always.

Well... it's dead now. What had the potential to be a staple in the Woodbridge community and a beacon for the rest of NoVA and the greater DMV is dead. There used to be genuine options and atmosphere, energy and culture. What had the potential to be a genuine 3rd place is now a desolate wasteland with a terrible parking lot. All it needed was to make use of the space next to it, an upkeep of standards, and management that cared enough to PROMOTE the restaurants inside. So that the world knew to stop by for Jamaican, vegan, BBQ, sushi, Pho, Burgers, the best chop cheeses outside of NYC, pizza, ice cream, baked goods, Louisiana etc etc etc.....all were options at one point. This happens a lot in Woodbridge, something decent will come and then it'll get decimated in time.... RIP EPIQ....whatever it turns into will pale in comparison to what it could've been.

Place was a ghost town . All the options that were once there have closed down. We decided to just try the Jamaican place. The first thing I noticed was they weren’t accommodating at all. You couldn’t substitute or change any other meals. They acted like they didn’t understand what you were saying. Fresh beef patties, and she wrote her eyes and had attitude because she had to make more, which took 40 minutes. my food finally came out. It was horrible. It was curry no chicken . The cabbage was uncooked and the rice and peas. I’ve been sitting all day.
