It’s sad what this place has become. I remember when this place first opened up and it was bustling with business and had a great variety of foods. But now it’s a shell of its former self with a lot of venues coming and going and not really hitting the mark. Not to mention how awful the potholes in the parking lot are. Apparently 4 new owners are taking over and bringing in new dining ventures to fill in all the empty spots but I highly doubt it will revive this spot. Guess...
We went for some Jamaican food and hoping we could find some pho here as the google maps stills mentioned it. But when we got there we saw a lot of businesses boths closed, shutdown dead.
I was sad because months ago that place was life itself, now it just looks like a abandoned building. There were some papers outside saying that there are new owners.
Please don't let this hall die, it is the perfect spot.

Editing my review, still 5 stars for the last 3 standing restaurants at epiQ. Hopefully the economy gets better for the USA in the next election. I'm hoping epiQ can find more food/alcohol family-owned businesses for this area in the future ??
