The food was excellent and the prices are still a little high, but firebirds has been known for charging higher amounts for their food than other restaurants.

I came here for my boyfriend’s 40th and our service was unmatched. There was an issue with my meal, and our server, the manager and the head chef went above and beyond to not only make it right, but to continue to make our experience wonderful. Things happen but we are all grateful!

This is by far my favorite resturaunt. It’s clean, the foood is oh my goodness good, and the service is top tier. Ask for Jesse as your server, he is friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and super attentive. Love everything about this restaurant!!!

We've been going to the Firebirds at Stonebridge town center since it opened! And we've always had a good meal and great service. I highly recommend this place.

We took family that was visiting from out of town. They had never been to Firebirds and like it very much. We had a fabulous server Matt! He kept us laughing and was very attentive.

Server recommended 9 oz filet, great advice steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Dinner. Four adults. Took awhile for server to show up. Asked for water with lemon. Got water. Asked for lemon two more times before we got it. Two of us ordeeed salads with balsamic dressing on the side. Salad came with some sort of cream dressing on them. Then took forever for replacement salads. One of us ordered steak medium well. Came rare. Had to send it back. Asked for manager, who came over. Very gracious. Assumed she would take *something* off the bill. Nope. Asked server for something. He wasn't sure what he could do. Told him to just do his best. Got two drinks comped, about 10%. Decided that was acceptable. But overall not a great experience.

We have the most patient waiter named Christian. He took care of all of our needs. The food was really good and the ambience. We love this location and cannot wait to return

We've always had a nice time and experience at Firebirds. The only negative is it seems to always be so hot in there, no matter where you sit or what you are wearing. Not sure what the usual temp in there but with the fire grill and all the people, maybe it should get turned down. 🙂

This was a phenomenal meal!! The service was absolutely amazing and the server Carmen did not disappoint, she WOWED us at every corner of this meal. Truly great service and an amazing staff on board! Keep killing it team and stay motivated. Great first date spot!!!!

Wood grilled salmon was well prepared and very delicious, went well with mashed potatoes fresh vegetables. Service was friendly and efficient.
