Jennifer (manager) has lost my business for good and we have eaten here since they first opened. SHE DOESNT RESPOND WELL TO UPSET CUSTOMERS,INSTEAD TRIES CHALLENGING THEM AS A BOSS...before she even understands what the complaint is.....MAYBE SHE IS DIFFERENT WHEN SHES NOT STRESSED OUT. JENNIFER ,REMEMBER ITS A SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR IN........TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS NOT TAKE THEM ON

The manager Melody was amazing. She was very attentive, watched the floor and was readily available to assist in any matters. My ordered did not come out right, and she came and ensured the cooks fixed it and offered a dessert/discount. The best type of service I've seen in a manager across the board. Our server Travis was an awesome as well. Polite, observant and professional.

Lobster queso had no lobster. Hot honey chicken was comically bad. Dry, hard lil rocks of chicken.

We have been to Firebirds on many occasions but this was not a good visit. Service was excellent but the kitchen couldn't seem to get it together.

I normally enjoy this restaurant, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My friend and I left a cash tip for our waitress( Roselin) but we later noticed that additional tips were still charged to our credit cards. We spoke with the manager (Travis), who acknowledged the issue and promised we would be reimbursed. It has now been over a week, and we still have not received our money back or any follow-up communication. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of urgency and accountability in fixing the situation is unacceptable. Unfortunately, if I could leave no stars for this experience, I would. I would recommend customers carefully check their receipts and credit card statements after dining here.

Had a great time at firebirds. Side note watch out for the bread. It’s good but its crust makes a mess. Everyone is helpful and nice.

Very cool place, very nice and spacious with a modern look, we only waited like 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad. It was pretty loud in there especially by the bar area. The food was good though but The service is where they lacked and needs improvement. We waited a very long time just to get drinks. They gave us our main meal before they gave us our salads and we waited 15 minutes just to get our dessert and then we waited an additional 15 minutes just to get our check afterwards when we ask for the check when we got the dessert, overall it was a nice place, but they need to work on service

Food was really good. Manager Jennifer was super friendly and made sure to uphold standards. Absolutely love the warm towels! Every restaurant should do that.

Came in with my best friend and her newborn for lunch. We had Sosa as our server, by far the best waitress I’ve ever had ever. Very polite, attentive, and is very quick with her service. Food was great too.

Very crowded and noise is bit elevated, but still such a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Cocktail tables and bar seats available; first come, first serve. Definitely consider a reservation for a table or booth. Server Angela is a bubbly, fun, friendly waitress with such a bright and energetic attitude. There aren't enough stars to represent the service received here. Highly recommend this fine dining destination in PWC. Steaks and seafood are elegantly served and wonderfully prepared. Been through half the menu and am yet to be disappointed.
