The manager Melody was amazing. She was very attentive, watched the floor and was readily available to assist in any matters. My ordered did not come out right, and she came and ensured the cooks fixed it and offered a dessert/discount. The best type of service I've seen in a manager across the board. Our server Travis was an awesome as well. Polite, observant and professional.
Very cool place, very nice and spacious with a modern look, we only waited like 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad. It was pretty loud in there especially by the bar area. The food was good though but The service is where they lacked and needs improvement. We waited a very long time just to get drinks. They gave us our main meal before they gave us our salads and we waited 15 minutes just to get our dessert and then we waited an additional 15 minutes just to get our check afterwards...
Came in with my best friend and her newborn for lunch. We had Sosa as our server, by far the best waitress I’ve ever had ever. Very polite, attentive, and is very quick with her service. Food was great too.
