Went in for lunch 1-25-2025 I Ordered an engineer sub it had plenty of meat and condiments on the sub . It was warm and good.

The sandwich didn't have a lot of meat like it did before. The new management wasn't good I couldn't taste any meat I had to open the sandwich to make sure I had meat.

Advertised free veteran meal, sign on door, completed give away at 1:00. The Woodbridge location owner very cheap. Always controversy when coupons, discounts or involved. Called Manassas location, they were honoring the vet meal.

Small sub was nothing but bread.

There was a pinch of meat. Literally, a pinch. Would not order a small sub from this location again. Going elsewhere for dinner.

Rudest customer service ever. My boyfriend went in to pick up a door dash order and had the food thrown at him after being told "you tell me first next time". Very unbusinesslike and rude. I definitely won't visit this store.

I called ahead today before I drove there to check if they were still honoring birthday rewards and the boy on the phone said yes and to just bring my id. The lady at the counter stared at my id for a minute then said what do you want. When I asked her if she could put the lettuce and onions on the side she told me no I can’t do that. She asked if I wanted the combo I said no, just whatever comes with the rewards and she told me I had to buy something. I asked are you sure it didn’t mention that online and she says you have to buy something or you can’t use the reward. I get a drink and she enters in my phone number and then tells me there’s nothing there. I say I joined the rewards program last year and I was just trying to get my reward for my birthday and mentioned that she had already checked my id. She just stared at me and repeated its not there. If she was less rude and condescending in the manner that she spoke to me I would’ve been more understanding. Drove down the street to another firehouse subs after this and they honored the reward with no purchase necessary and no issues whatsoever. This behavior is unacceptable and just flat out unkind to act this way on someone’s birthday.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST FIREHOUSE SUBS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Do not come here unless you like a thin sub and you cant use rewards. The owners are cheap and will not yet you use rewards for your birthday and they put very little ingredients on your sub. The owner refused to give me my order that was pre-paid for because I used a reward on my order with another sub. Do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mikes or even Subway.

$19 sandwich that wasn't worth half that. Huge portions of the sandwich had no meat at all. When I asked how they could serve something so poor they said they could remake it.... JUST MAKE THEM BETTER TO START AND YOU WONT HAVE TO REMAKE FOOD ALL THE TIME!!! Customer service and experience are few and far between these days. This one is not it for sure.

I TRAVEL TOO 6-8 DIFFERENT STATES A YEAR SO IVE BEEN TO A LOT OF FIREHOUSE LOCATIONS!!! THIS LOCATION GIVES YOU WAYYY LESS MEAT, WAY LESS CHEESE, WAY LESS CONDIMENTS AND DOES NOT COME WITH A PICKLE THAT ALL LOCATIONS GIVE YOU FOR FREE!! HERE YOU HAVE TO PAY 2 DOLLARS FOR THE HALF PICKLE THAT YOU GET!!THEY ALSO MAKE YOU PAY 50 CENT FOR A NICKEL SIZE AMOUNT OF SAUCE!!! IF YOU ASK FOR MORE OF ANYTHING ON YOUR SANDWICH IT IS ADDITIONAL $5 AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU A ATTITUDE FROM HELL FOR EVEN ASKING!!!

Seems shrinkflation has hit and the size of my order tells it all zero value. Call me when Bidenomics ends and I might return.
