Worst five Guys on planet Earth ordered my food they forgot about half of it on a 100 dollar order. They never called me. Only realize that half my food was missing after I got home. I had to call them to let them know and they acted like it was completely normal and nothing happened. Will never be back at this establishment ever again You’re better off going to McDonald’s then Buying food from these crooks

While on family vacation in March, we visited the Five Guys located in Woodbridge Virginia spending over $200 with them. Within a few short hours of eating our food, half of my family members became extremely sick! It was an awful and very traumatic experience! We reached out to the store and to corporate to let them know about our situation and requested a refund for our order. I have spoken to multiple people between management and the corporate office however it has been 3 months and we have yet to receive a refund or proper compensation from FiveGuys.

Burgers are very good. They feel like you made them at home. You can add many toppings to anything you get and it is really good for different preferences like gluten free or keto. You can get lettuce wrap instead of bun on burgers, hot dogs and other sandwiches. Fries are famous, they are cut fresh and they always give you extra fries. Nothing there is frozen!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and keto are available. Getting lettuce wrap and there’s no gluten on the burgers or toppings.
Parking: Parking is abundant and free

By far the biggest rip off ive ever seen. $36 and the entire family is still hungry, didn't even get drinks. I couldn't remember why i only came here once decades ago and this is exactly why next to the disgustingly greasy burgers. The food is such a rip-off and it's easily the worst burger I've ever eaten. Twice in out 8 year olds life has he said he wouldnt eat something...spicy peppers I couldn't handle and the five guys food he got. Its the only place where the side dish is most peoples main course.
