It is crowded at times, particularly during dinner time. But, that is WHEN you want to go. The food will be fresh and frequently replenished. Between lunch and dinner will have the food sitting for awhile. Some foods will be over cooked and the experience will be reduced.
If you like LL Hawaiian restaurant, this is much better. Give lots of food for only $9.99.

Food is delicious and warm compared to other buffets. It just needs improvement on lighting, as it's a little dim inside, and please use better disposable spoons; the disposable spoons were sharp and cut my lip. But overall it's a very good restaurant.
