Came in for dinner , order some chicken nachos for an app . Nachos took for ever had to ask the manager if he could check on them . Received my nachos but had no silverware and no plate so I cut a napkin in half to start eating my nacho appetizer. Place my entree which was the 6 piece Daytona wings and 1/2 “ streamed “ shrimp . Let me tell you the wing where no good and warm not hot and my shrimp where still FROZEN literally still frozen . When I addressed it with the waitress she said let me make the manager aware I told her not to and I would just take my bill because I’m not the type to complain or have people assume that I want something for free . I was simply just taking my L and paying the bill and never going there again . Well the manager came over but instead of addressing the issues he just told me that he adjusted the bill and that’s it didn’t ask me anything or nothing . I asked him what the total was before he made the adjustments he said $74.63 I pulled out a a $100 bill put it on the table and left . Full order of wings minus 1 and a full order of “ streamed “ frozen shrimp minus 3 . Manager said nothing as I walked away to leave . I have to say one of the shitties customer service , food service and food I’ve in countered . Ohhhhhhhhh if Hooters upper management would like to contact me PLEASE DO I’d be more then happy to express how I feel about your establishment but I highly doubt you will and don’t really care about your customers and the lack service that wasn’t provided.

Kid-friendliness: This is the perfect spot for an estranged father to bring their child during a mid-life crisis brought on by a nasty divorce.
I'm utterly disappointed with my recent dining experience. From the moment I was seated, the service was lackluster. I waited over 12 minutes before flagging down a manager to request a server, that manager passed me off to another manager who finally acknowledged me and took the order herself.
Once we finally placed our order, it was a complete mess. Simple items were incorrect, (I ordered three items and two of them were chicken, and the other was tots). Somehow a duplicate order of 10 wings came to the table as half wings and half nuggets (note boneless wings are nuggets) and the tots somehow never made it to the table.
The dining area was filled with so much vape smoke that the staff had to open the side door to alleviate the situation, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment. (VA Law § 15.2-2825 states vaping is not allowed in restaurants in Virginia. Virginia law prohibits smoking in restaurants, and many states have passed comprehensive smokefree air laws that include e-cigarettes.
To add insult to injury, the manager's resolution to the issue was dismissive and unhelpful. It's clear that this restaurant has serious issues with both staff quality and customer service. I strongly advise avoiding this place.
