Every time I visit this location in particular, the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful! Daulton, the store manager, makes sure every single customers needs are met, without fail. I witness him catching customers who ordered multiple drinks and he is quick to offer a drink tray. My orders in particular can be quite particular, but that doesn't matter for Daulton. This gentleman is a spectacular customer service representation of the Jimmy John's franchise...

I went with my wife and kids last week, and we were impressed by how quickly our food arrived and how delicious it was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the tall Black guy who took our order and give us recommendations, even though we came in late around 8:50 PM. It was a fantastic experience all around fast service and great hospitality!

This is an unusual review but speaks volumes to the philosophy of this business and the good staff they have working there. I was going supermarket shopping when I saw a young man discheveled and homeless and obviously hungry looking in an outside garbage can for food. I went into Jimmy Johns and told them to make me a sandwich I would pay for, for the man outside who looked to be in his 20's ... They looked at him and said no worries we will make him a sandwich and bring...
