About Kung Fu Tea

Kung Fu Tea is a popular boba tea chain known for its clean and pleasant atmosphere. Many customers enjoy its wide variety of drinks, with favorites like the Oreo Wow and Passionfruit Green Tea. The boba is usually warm and freshly made, and the drinks are generally good. The staff's communication skills can vary; some are courteous, while others may seem disrespectful or have a bad attitude, especially during certain shifts. Recently, customers have noted positive experiences with the staff, highlighting friendly and helpful service. One employee even went out of his way to lower the music volume for a child with special needs, showcasing kindness and professionalism. However, the absence of a QR scanner has caused inconvenience for some customers when ordering. Despite these issues, Kung Fu Tea remains a favorite for many, with loyal customers recommending it for its great beverages and good service. There have been occasional inconsistencies in drink preparation, such as the hardness of boba or missing ingredients, which lead some customers to consider trying other boba shops. Overall, the friendly staff and delicious drinks continue to attract customers to this beloved boba tea spot.
