Waited 40+ minutes for my order to arrive. Food is insanely overpriced and with the portions being an alright amount. The bolani is greasy and the staff are careless. Only good part was interior of the restaurant looked nice.

Today, my family and I visited this restaurant. Unlike our positive experience about two weeks ago, this visit was disappointing.

We ordered two kebab meals and were charged $60. We also ordered two ice creams, and they charged us $30. When we asked why the total was so high, we were told that the remaining amount was for tax. However, since each ice cream costs $10, the final amount still did not seem reasonable to us.

In addition, both the quality and portion size of the food had noticeably declined compared to our previous visit. Even though food ingredients are widely available and reasonably priced in this country, the meat used in the meal did not seem fresh.

The cleanliness of the restaurant and the management’s customer service were also below expectations.

I hope the restaurant’s management will reconsider its pricing, improve the quality and portion sizes of the food, maintain better cleanliness, and provide better customer service to ensure a better experience for customers.

No need to go to this Restaurant, the customer service is zero, rude staff, not worth coming here at all, I wouldn't even give 1 start, hospitality businesses run on nothing but customer service even if the food isn't the best, I wouldn't mind however customer service is number one in this industry which this restaurant doesn't have it all, am sorry to say but I would never ever go there no matter what. Stay away everyone

Thank you for the food, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. The food was too greasy, we saw bugs on the windows, and we found a hair in the sheeryakh. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant improves its cleanliness and food quality. We spent around $70–80 for our meal, but unfortunately, it was not worth the money at all.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered through Grubhub, my payment went through, and I even called to confirm my order. The restaurant told me everything was fine, but then they canceled my order without any explanation. When I called to ask what happened, they repeatedly hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I recently visited Kabobistan Afghan Sheeryakh with a friend, and it was an outstanding experience. If you’re looking for authentic Afghan cuisine, this is the place to go! The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were very generous.

The Uzbeki Palau served with fresh Afghan bread was the highlight of our meal—perfectly seasoned, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed their traditional Afghan Sheryakh (ice cream), which was the perfect way to end the meal.

The restaurant has a large seating area with clean tables and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place for families and groups.

I highly recommend Kabobistan Afghan Sheeryakh to anyone craving real Afghan flavors, excellent service, and great value. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious, but the restaurant was quite messy, and there wasn’t a waitress to assist. I ordered Sheeryakh, and someone waved me over to get my order while I waited. Then, a lady came and cleaned my table. For a restaurant that cost you lots of money they should have someone to assist you with your table and your food

Worst customer service experience. I waited for a long time, and when we finally had our food, still missing some foods. they were rude and unprofessional.

Everyone the food is great but they need to fit there customer service they need to put down line where the star line and end line people cut the line of people order food

When you gives an order, we have to wait half an hour for your order to be ready. This is very annoying

I am not sure the people working here have any training on how to run a restaurant or customer service. The food is good, but if you have to wait an hour to eat after you order a simple meal, it affects how good your meal is. This was also when it wasn't busy. The restaurant was more than half empty. This is a consistent issue here. There is just a lack of urgency and I am not sure that they care about the customer's time.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your restaurant.

While the food was fine, we encountered significant issues with the service. After submitting our order, we waited for 40 minutes before checking with customer service, only to find that our Kabob had been forgotten. This level of service is unacceptable. Additionally, I noticed that several employees were preoccupied with their phones rather than attending to customers.

I believe there is a clear need for improvement in your customer service and employee training. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests.
