I am not sure the people working here have any training on how to run a restaurant or customer service. The food is good, but if you have to wait an hour to eat after you order a simple meal, it affects how good your meal is. This was also when it wasn't busy. The restaurant was more than half empty. This is a consistent issue here. There is just a lack of urgency and I am not sure that they care about the customer's time.
My family and I have been coming to this establishment for years. Their food is always amazing and the customer service is always fantastic. The staff is always kind and welcoming, accommodating, any needs or concerns. All of their meals are made to order, coming out hot and steamy. They are always generous with their portion sizes and sauces. The in-house handmade ice cream is a perfect refreshment on a hot summer day.
