I asked for sweet tea.... She asked, I repeated. It's on my receipt. When receiving, the guy said sweet tea. I took it and went to work.... It's not sweet tea. I'll be back after work to get the sweet tea I paid for.
This location is just across the street from me but unfortunately, it seems like they don't pay good attention to their food prep. The burgers are undercooked and the cashiers seem irritated even when I am politely placing my order. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes corrective action.
Poorly managed store. Saturday nights line wrapped around building. Doors locked at 9:00pm because they are apparently short staffed. They hired all the people that will only work the day shift and when they're scheduled for the night shift they call out or don't show up. Hire some people that only want night shift and can work weekend. You won't have this problem.
