I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this time I have to. My order had five mistakes in it, and the whole order was completely wrong. Terrible experience.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience at the McDonald’s located at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191 to help others make informed choices.
Last night, my girlfriend and I visited this 24-hour location. I was excited to try the grilled snack wraps, which I hadn’t seen in years. To my surprise, I was able to order two grilled chicken wraps and an M&M McFlurry—and everything was prepared correctly. We left satisfied and impressed, especially since the ice cream machine was actually working.
However, when I returned the following day hoping to order the same meal, the manager on duty insisted that grilled wraps had never been served at that location and claimed he had worked the night before. This was baffling, since both my girlfriend and I clearly remembered the meal I had just eaten.
As someone who used to work at McDonald’s and even trained staff during the time wraps were regularly offered, I’m very familiar with how the kitchen runs. Based on my experience, it seemed like the manager may not have wanted to prepare grilled chicken or possibly wanted to keep the drive-thru times lower—which I understand is a performance metric in many locations. But rather than simply stating they were unavailable at that moment, he chose to flat-out deny that they had ever been served, which felt both dismissive and unprofessional.
Everyone makes mistakes or has off days, but denying a customer's valid experience without checking or offering solutions is not acceptable. I hope this feedback encourages more honest and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Dear Mcdonald's!!!
Your customer servcice is very bad, you don't think of us as human beings.
Your staff are standing and talking to each other, but there is a line behind them, but they don't notice it. And if we are asked if we have been standing for a long time, they use very bad language.

Their “McFlurry machine is broken” because they don’t clean, maintain or fix their equipment.
6/19/25 store 14591 Jefferson davis mobile order i paid for extra topping but it was missing. Why drive back for $.50 not worth the gas.
Store 13761 For weeks, the mccafe menu has been limited to two items. Frappe and smoothies. Both are basically $5, even for a small one. It seems like every time ( no, every time), my drinks are not blended( the ice chunks won't go through the new chemically tasting straws). I have to either go back and have it blended or let it melt. Very annoying.

I will never return to this McDonald's after the horrific experience my family and I had. My fiancé, kids, and I were just trying to grab a quick meal, but what we faced was nothing short of discrimination and racism from both the employees and the manager.
We were greeted by a cashier who asked if we had a code, which I provided. After confirming the code on my screen, he asked for it again—something that doesn’t make sense, as you can't reuse a code once it's been confirmed. We were then told to pull up to the window, where the cashier took my phone and claimed there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to the manager, things only got worse. The manager dismissed my concerns, telling me it was "just the system," even though I explained that their issues with the system shouldn't prevent them from honoring the deal.
To make matters worse, after the manager said she would fix the issue, the cashier closed the window and ignored us. A second manager took our order, and then the price was not adjusted as promised. I politely expressed my frustration at being treated this way, and the manager had the nerve to call the police, accusing us of disturbing them. I was left humiliated, and worse, my kids were traumatized by the whole ordeal.
This entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory. It's beyond disappointing to see a company act this way, especially towards a family who was simply trying to enjoy a meal. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this, and I highly recommend others avoid this location. It ruined our evening and left us feeling completely disrespected.

Twice in 3 trips. The price on the screen isn't what was charged at the window. 5.85 at the screen, 6.85 at the windiw.

On 11/21/2024 around 11:40 a.m. I was questioned and harassed at McDonald's located at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191 by a manager named Selma for simply sitting down. I'd walked from PEP BOYS, a few miles down the street as my vehicle was being worked on. I walked to this McDonald's because they had WIFI, and I could connect for work. I had walked into the establishment and had been there for less than 10 minutes before she walked up to me and asked me, "Who was I waiting for?" I calmly explained that I didn't need to give her that information and asked her why she was asking me this. She then explained that I needed to purchase something to be there. I then explained to her that I hadn't been given the chance to buy anything as I was turning on my computer. I explained to her that my extension was to purchase a coffee after setting up my laptop for work. I walked into the establishment, causing no issues to possibly order a coffee and set off my laptop as I am a remote worker and a disabled military veteran. She continued to harass me until I had no choice but to leave. I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything after this incident. This ordeal was triggering and degrading. I didn't do anything to deserve that treatment. She profiled me as if I were someone who could possibly cause trouble and had no intention of buying anything. I do plan to take further legal action regarding this situation.
