I will never return to this McDonald's after the horrific experience my family and I had. My fiancé, kids, and I were just trying to grab a quick meal, but what we faced was nothing short of discrimination and racism from both the employees and the manager.
We were greeted by a cashier who asked if we had a code, which I provided. After confirming the code on my screen, he asked for it again—something that doesn’t make sense, as you can't reuse a code once it's been confirmed. We were then told to pull up to the window, where the cashier took my phone and claimed there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to the manager, things only got worse. The manager dismissed my concerns, telling me it was "just the system," even though I explained that their issues with the system shouldn't prevent them from honoring the deal.
To make matters worse, after the manager said she would fix the issue, the cashier closed the window and ignored us. A second manager took our order, and then the price was not adjusted as promised. I politely expressed my frustration at being treated this way, and the manager had the nerve to call the police, accusing us of disturbing them. I was left humiliated, and worse, my kids were traumatized by the whole ordeal.
This entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory. It's beyond disappointing to see a company act this way, especially towards a family who was simply trying to enjoy a meal. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this, and I highly recommend others avoid this location. It ruined our evening and left us feeling completely disrespected.

On 11/21/2024 around 11:40 a.m. I was questioned and harassed at McDonald's located at 14591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge, VA 22191 by a manager named Selma for simply sitting down. I'd walked from PEP BOYS, a few miles down the street as my vehicle was being worked on. I walked to this McDonald's because they had WIFI, and I could connect for work. I had walked into the establishment and had been there for less than 10 minutes before she walked up to me and asked me, "Who was I waiting for?" I calmly explained that I didn't need to give her that information and asked her why she was asking me this. She then explained that I needed to purchase something to be there. I then explained to her that I hadn't been given the chance to buy anything as I was turning on my computer. I explained to her that my extension was to purchase a coffee after setting up my laptop for work. I walked into the establishment, causing no issues to possibly order a coffee and set off my laptop as I am a remote worker and a disabled military veteran. She continued to harass me until I had no choice but to leave. I didn't feel comfortable ordering anything after this incident. This ordeal was triggering and degrading. I didn't do anything to deserve that treatment. She profiled me as if I were someone who could possibly cause trouble and had no intention of buying anything. I do plan to take further legal action regarding this situation.

Ordered through the app and still got wrong items, wrong burgers, etc.
We had to drive back AFTER getting home opening up our labeled burgers and saw that our double deluxe was a single burger, and you know that price difference. This was on multiple burgers. When we went back, we were talked to with the manager who questioned us. When someone from staff already looked at our burgers to see it was wrong! It's like they hate being wrong when it's clear as day that it is wrong! Like, yes, we would drive back for a correct order. 🙄
The basics in the food service industry, is the customer satisfaction.
This is the 3rd time I've came to this location off route 1, and got the wrong items, missing items or just a burger missing a whole patty. How can the manager allow this????
The manager needs to be more attentive and possibly conduct re- training to the staff. Everything was CLEARLY labeled, yet everything was wrong. Everything was so greasy, and I don't mean just the burger, I'm talking about the packaging the wrappers even the napkins! It's like the entire bag was dunked in the fryer.
This is a poor sad excuse for a food establishment. Maybe just need to be replaced by a Chick-fil-A or something else.

But the bathrooms, for a restaurant, are very bad, there won't be anyone to clean it or repair it.

I always am completely taken care of at this McDonald's. The manager I normally see, think her name is Samar, is incredibly professional and friendly. While I have experienced a couple of hiccups, Samar is always visible and makes it right. Normally don't review McDonald's, but there is always an exception for great customer service.

I had the worst experience, they are very poorly educated, a Manneger called me old when she is older than me, what a shame and they wear that Mannegers shirt nowadays, whatever they do, Manneger, the worst service doesn't work ?

Horrible customer service!!!!! Kept insisting to ask what sauce first and after choosing still didn’t put the sauce in my order… just go to the other one down the street

Definitely a long wait. Customer service is ok, they aren’t too friendly but they aren’t rude either. There’s a lot of homeless that spends time loitering inside and outside the building. The wait for our food did take a while, probably the longest I’ve had to wait in a McDonald’s.
