It's my first visit to McDonald's and the brunette text girl treated me very kindly. November 12/2023 I hope it will always be like this...?Tuesday March 23 of this year 2024It's 5:06am, it's super cold outside and their doors are not open ? for customers.

The bathroom is always unclean, and I can never get my order right. Twice I asked for two small milkshakes they add on one or two more. Missing items in the bag exceptionally when it comes to a large order. All Macdonald needs an English person who can understand the person order take orders because every time it's a Spanish speaking or a foreigner take my order it's wrong. Not racist but they need to be able to understand all customers' orders. Customers should not have to ask for catchup napkins, and the sauce should be in the bag that's asked for in the bag already. And they are getting very expensive for large families. That's why I would rather cook than run to a fast food restaurant.

Ordered through the lobby kiosk a quarter pounder with cheese no pickle no ketchup, what I got was a quarter pounder no cheese, onion, a little bit of mustard and 3/4 of a burger patty because it seemed like a quarter of it had gotten stuck on the grill. This was a very disappointing visit.

Your. Manager n employees need to learn manners called to ask a few questions about my order I did online n she was being very rude n screaming at me thru the phone thin is not acceptable I work wrb customer n I don't even treat them.like she did very very unprofessional need to do better

Today I went to the bathroom and an employee was also in there I believe her name was ana and she did not wash her hands at allDISGUSTING ? I felt sick to my stomach and went straight to the kitchen and started making fries and the morning manager always talks to her employees so disrespectfully and it’s repulsing to hear that someone like that is even a manager
