I've been a bit frustrated in the past at this location but there have been some great customer service here lately. I've came across a few good gentleman here at different times. I believe their names are Trayvon and Micah. Different occasions but wow, they were so polite to me. Like a natural laid back vibe they gave off for my orders and that's the type of service I expect for the most part. So shout out to those two gentlemen for a job well done!
First time doing the review on the app and bringing the receipt back with the validation code. Came in to redeem it and Byron hooked it up! Great customer service and was super receptive to changing the “free” sandwich to an extra hash brown for me. This man was a great choice to put him in front of the counter as the face of McDonalds. Made my morning breakfast complete!
It's standard McDs fare but the service was great. When our food came (drive thru), the server pointed out to us that she forgot part of the order before we could even see it. She immediately fixed it, with laughter and kindness. That made it memorable. Would go again just for that.
