The food was pretty good but I would definitely not get the atol de elote here. The atol de elote was extremely watery, it was like drinking juice with chunks of corn.

As a delivery driver I came into this restaurant for the first time and I liked their options on the electronic menu. I considered ordering. I waited to pick up my customers order. What should of been a 5 minute wait turned into 25 minutes as the cashier ignored me and took the larger order of the delivery driver behind me who happened to be Hispanic decent. After she gave him his large order and sent him out she took the next customer still ignoring me. My customers one bowl of soup sat on tge counter those 26 minutes getting cold. I asked if she was going to give me my order. She ignored me and finished the second customer and sent him on his way. Only then did she get my order off the counter. As I reached for it she snatched it away from me and insisted looking at my phone to verify I was who I said I was, a delivery driver.
This place was extremely rude, inconsiderate, racist, dirty, unkind, my experience was awful. As a delivery driver if I recieve this call again, I will cancel because no one should have to put up being publicly humiliated and racially discriminated towards. The professionalism here was lacking and this racist behavior should never be allowed. If you are black, don't go here, it's not worth it. Terrible place, terrible service!!

First time trying this place. Ordered a burrito and torta to go. They told me 15-20 minutes even though it was not busy, ok thats fine. 40 minutes later the food is ready. I haven't even tried the food yet, to know if its good or not....40 minutes is unacceptable for 2 items....and they charge $.50 for 1 small sauce, which was not in the bag when i got home.

Update: We ate the food and it was very mid. nothing special at all. 2 stars is a realistic rating for the food.

Very disappointed, I Ordered Mexican style tacos and was given cold food the tortilla was not cooked at all and the chicken was cold as well was my first and last time to go there.

Food is good, service really needs improvement. I tried to place an order before 11:00, about 40 minutes before closing, and they never answered or took my call. That’s very disappointing and unprofessional.

The plate looked dirty and the portion was very minor compared to my friend, i told the waitress about it. I took the plate back, but I guess the manager he told me that that's the way it comes because the plate is big when I literally see my friends plate.Looks better, i was hungry. I agree. But then there soup was cold and have a few pieces of yuca. I'm big pieces of bone, no meat at all, this is like the second time I've been in this place and I am disappointed. I really surprised they get so much business. I guess people are desperate for Spanish food and they really don't know what is really good tasting Spanish food. I will never go to this place ever again

Ordered through uber eats. The birria was dry and the consome had a weird smell. I’m talking inedible. The quesadilla was dry, and the fries tasted old. I really do think that we were given an order that was made earlier in the day or old food entirely as the food smells rancid and is dry and looks picked over. One thing I will say is that the fries I thought were asada fries and it’s something else entirely. I’m not sure what they are, but that part was my mistake. Every food item that we received smells really bad. Maybe we just got a bad batch but it was our first time trying the place and we are not even able to eat the food.
