Every time I visit this Nando's, I have an excellent experience. The entire team is consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the host who greets you at the door to the servers and managers, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel valued and taken care of. The service is always fast and efficient, but what really stands out is the positive energy of the staff. They are polite, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about providing a great experience....

Just experienced my first trip to Nando’s @ Stoneridge in Woodbridge, VA. My experience was great, starting with Kaci (sorry if misspelled), the Jack of All Trades, to the manager (sorry, I don’t know his name) who asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. Kaci never stopped moving; from greeting every customer, putting labels on items, clearing off tables and mopping floors. I even received a free appetizer card for it being my first visit. I highly recommend...

First time there and was confused at first but was greeted by Ty and walked us through the process on how to order but ended up scamming the QR code at the table and was not hard at all. Ty was really attentive through the whole dine in experience and food was great, I got the 1/2 chicken with fries and was really well cooked and seasoned well and will for sure visit again and would most definitely recommend anybody try out
