The food is really good me and my family loves it, but sometimes the line cooks take so long to replace some items and this cause in a waiting. Price are good and I love the Panda app
I had an experience where I ordered via the app to the wrong location. Beth- the manager got me the number for the home office. The home office was able to help me as this was my first time with this issue. Beth saw me sitting and trying to fix the situation and came over to check on me twice. Always ready to catch my eye and help if she was needed. Once I was able to put the order in the app for the correct location Beth made my order right away so I could get my long awaited...
The food is great, it’s just frustrating that there is no drive-throughhhhh! It’s the only Panda Express that does not have one…never been to one that lacks it, which is crazy. Going inside is a hassle because it feels chaotic sometimes.
