As I was waiting I saw one of the cooks using a knife to open a packing box and then put it back next to the bread. There was no one to take my order when I got there. By the time I'd entered my order there was a line at the cash register and there was still no one to man the registers. And the food's not as good as it was.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered dinner for a specific time, paid for it (including a generous tip), and specified *curbside pickup* because I had a small window of time before a meeting. When I arrived, a cashier eventually came out, said my order had [somehow] been picked up by someone else, and that they were re-making my order. It would be a few minutes. I have never written a review before. I consistently order a customized Chicken Avocado Melt from this Panera. The order has arrived prepared incorrectly the majority of the time. I have tried placing the order online and then calling the restaurant to make sure that it is prepared accurately. First off, it is embarrassing and second, I should not have to do it at all.
