Cold chicken noodle soup, and because the place is sorround by big crystal windows, the place is not cozy, as used to be when it was located in Prince William Parkway.

The food poisoning was real last night. I constantly try to warn off my wife from ordering from this place because they frequently mess up her order, usually by adding meat into salads where no meat is ordered. She can’t eat meat so she usually just throws it away and find something else to eat. She never even complains. This has been going on for years. But last night was the worst. She ordered a salad as usual with avocado, which you have to pay extra for. I ordered the bacon turkey bravo, reluctantly. I have not liked this place in a long time, but we needed dinner as we just got back from a long road trip. The avocado in her salad was white with brown streaks throughout it. Avocados are green. This clearly was not good. So she threw it away and just ate the rest of the salad. No meat this time, so it was ok. I on the other hand, ate about half my sandwich before I started feeling like something was off. I threw the rest away to be safe. Sadly it was not safe enough. I spent the entire night throwing up and I’m sure you know the rest that comes with food poisoning. Their food will not be ordered here again. Good luck to you if you see this and still want to chance it. This place is the worst.

I literally asked for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with grilled chicken and a baguette. I was told it was a charge when I called before and inquired about it before getting there. And I was ok with it. I literally asked for it and got the receipt for proof of what I asked for just for me to get all the way home and not have the chicken. It seems like they just threw it together with no good customer service thought to check it like this is not what I wanted I want what I paid for. I expected to get what I paid for not to be robbed of my hard earned money. Like is this what yall stand for? To be know to steal from customers. Like I don’t even what to eat this because I was set on what I paid for. I want my money back!

I like this Panera location. It is in a very convenient location, perfect for meeting with friends or clients. Plenty parking, clean bathrooms, great healthy food. I had the hot chili and the Italian sandwich, the choose two option. I had a hot tea with honey. My friend had the same thing I did.

One can rarely go wrong with Panera/ Bread co. I was stuffed after this sandwich at Lorton Market. This Panera is clean and great service.

We usually stop at Panera Bread restaurants on our vacation trips and this Panera was great. My wife used one of the self ordering stations and it was easy to use however it was not accepting the points we had even though she had put her phone number in. One of the ladies behind the desk offered to help and she was able to input our points in their own station. The latte coffee was good. The Chipotle chicken sandwich and barley bagel were delicious. The egg and cheese sandwich was OK. Surprisingly all their sandwiches look like samples to me and I have to order at least two to feel less hungry;) Thanks Panera.

Great customer service and organization of pre-ordered meals for our bus group. Special thanks to the manager for going the extra mile and providing complimentary cookies for the ride home. Totally unexpected treat and a testament to the quality of service.
