Dirty tables and crumbs EVERYWHERE. I was going to sit down at a table, and it smelled like pungent hot cheese. I’m assuming there’s some stuck in the seats or something. Usually Panera is pretty solid place to study at, but this was ridiculous.

Rice bowls were discontinued. I had one the other day and it was delicious. Went back and ordered what I thought was the same thing only to find out it wasn’t. Not crazy about whatever it was that I ordered instead:(Vegetarian options: Rice bowl great vegetarian option

The only thing that disturbed me was we had to get someone ( the cashier) to sweep the floor at and around the table we wanted to sit at. I had to wipe it down because it was dirty. Other than everything else was good.

I've come to this Panera to work and have continuously had the same issue along with other customers. Its still cold outside, and they put the air conditioner on so that its uncomfortable for customers to sit and stay. You literally have to have an extra layer of clothes to sit in here. It's unfair to the paying customers who spend their money. I addressed this to the manager named Douglas, and he basically said there is nothing he can do about it. I should be able to sit and work comfortably without my fingers going numb for it being so cold. This is a tactic used to make people leave. And its not fair. I will be send this to every platform I can find so that people know what's happening.

It is the only location where you almost always do not find the staff at the front who can take your order. Furthermore, they lack kindness, they seem to be bothered by serving. It is not the only time I have had that experience in that place, I repeat, it is almost always.

First time here visiting my brother. We ordered our dine in food from the table using the app. Very easy process. Received an email indicating our order was received and was being prepared. Shortly after that another email indicating order was ready come to the counter to pick it up. Order was complete and food was very enjoyable.

They had to remake the chicken sandwich as the one they made at first place had a very small portion of chicken that doesn't make any sense when the order placed was for a chicken
Ordering food for my kids and myself. This Panera bread was out of almost all types of bread at 6 at night. I tried ordering a sandwich and was given the option of white bread or a chocolate chip bagel.The previous two times we’ve ordered from this location , we’ve ordered broccoli cheddar soup and received broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese. This location has gone way down hill over the last few months.

Excellent experience. The food was astounding and tasted fresh, both the sandwiches and soups we ordered. Both were perfectly warm and did not taste like they were sitting out for an amount of time. The music was a little loud, but overall, highly recommended.

Nice place. First time eating at that "location" since they moved out of the strip mall a block down the road.Very clean for being so close to I95 and the customers it brings in. Much better parking than before.Parking: Should never be an issue at this newer location...
