A great place for a burrito or a bowl
I recently stopped by Qdoba Mexican Eats on the north side of Prince WIlliam Parkway to the west of I-95. I had a genuinely good experience from start to finish. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces right in front of the store. Inside, the restaurant is surprisingly roomy, with a large dining area that had several booths and tables. The tables and common area seemed clean and well kept. There’s room to sit comfortably, eat, and actually talk without feeling rushed or crowded.The staff stood out as especially pleasant and welcoming. As with other restaurants in the chain, customers order at the counter from right to left telling them what you want on your order. You follow your order to the end of hte counter where you pay for it and ither take it to go or take it to your table. Drinks are by the end of the counter in a self service setup. Our party ordered a chicken burrito and a chicken bowl with lettuce instead of rice. The portions were a decent size. Everything looked fresh and well put together. Prices were reasonable for what you get and the economy. . It’s not bargain-basement cheap, but it feels fair and consistent. Overall, this Qdoba delivers exactly what you hope for: easy parking, a comfortable space to eat, good service, solid portions, and fair prices. A very nice experience and a spot I’d happily return to and recommend to others.

Great service and beautiful smiles never an issue here I visit at least once a week!

Excellent service and good food

I placed an order through the QDOBA app for delivery @ 6:54pm. It says it should be delivered through DoorDash between 7:37-7:57pm. At 8:28 the food still wasn’t here. I called the help number for DoorDash and they said that they don’t have a driver yet. WHAT??? He said since my order is late I can continue to wait or cancel my order. I asked if I cancel would I be refunded. He said yes. I said ok since it’s going on 2 hours cancel my order. Done. He said I need to get you ver to the store to process your refund since you ordered through their app. Ok cool. I spoke with a Supervisor at the store and she said she needed to call her manager about the refund and someone should call me back. I had a guy call me back saying he was the manager and that he also had DoorDash support on the line. Good! When I tell you NOTHING was resolved, NOTHING was resolved. DoorDash said the store had to refund me, he the manager said DoorDash needed to refund me because they didn’t have any drivers. They went back and forth. Needless to say I am without food for my kids and no money! This isn’t the end!

Came in today to use my coupons I was GIFTED from the General Manager of a different location (about 20 minutes away). Unfortunately, your staff is horrendous at customer service. Did not let me use my coupons at all. The manager who was checking people out was extremely rude, dishonest and unprofessional. When a customer has a CLEARLY STATED coupon, you’re supposed to honor it. I’m a restaurant manager myself. I understand the way of the land. If you don’t use coupons for meals in these times, then you aren’t playing the game right. I will fortunately NEVER BE BACK TO THIS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS LOCATION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Turn around to go to the far superior chipotle.

Love the nachos

I found myself in Woodbridge visiting a friend and needed something to eat. I'd never been to Qdoba but I was excited based on what I could see from images.

When I arrived I was greeted very well by the employees and began to place my order. I wanted to try a few different things but the one that caught my eye was the 'Loaded Tortilla Soup'.

I ordered mine inside of the Tortilla Bowl, Rice & beans, ground beef, soup, spicy queso, peppers & onions, guacamole, salsa, Pico de gallo, cheese and cilantro. It was absolutely delicious.

The soup had so much flavor that it blew me away. The ground beef absorbed some of the soup and the tortilla bowl and rice absorbed all of the remaining soup. Every bite was full of flavor and a lot more filling than I expected.

I went to Qdoba twice that day and 3 times that week and I will most definitely be going back at my earliest opportunity.

They had this sign on their door and I was a little suspect. Then went inside and noticed they didn't have pricing on their menu regarding burritos and I asked and they told me $12.30.. I said no thanks and left

Delicous food, great service, reasonable prices. We tried the Habenero Lime Steak special, and it was fantastic!

I walked in applied for a job then called in to see the manager the lady put me on hold say it that guy asking for a manager then the manager came no explanation say I am not hiring you. Even tho I had an experience they don’t like black people that’s fine im black and im proud but this is America. I don’t have to be Mexican to work at a Mexican place just because somebody admires the culture that doesn’t mean he take over the work place. If you wasn’t hiring you could have say so before I even filed the application. It’s ok we love being black God bless you

Recent health department violations and hiring of illegals makes this a nonstarter. Poor working conditions filthy and workers who are sick is not wanted by any patron.
