The food is good. But the the checking or whatever beef you choose is a rubbery it’s crazy how they’ve changed. They give you the bawl full of rice but there’s not beef or chicken at all they barely give you a little bit of whatever beef you choose.

I love the food but the customer service was so bad. I was redeeming the free chips reward with my entree purchase at the register and I scanned my phone and when she didn’t hand me the chips I show her the receipt and see the chips weren’t added. I let her know hey my chips & salsa are missing to which all the women gathered up front and were saying we can’t redeem a reward without an entree purchase. The lady who checked me out said, oh yea you did tell me about the chips but I forgot to add it on so that’s why the reward wasn’t added. And although THEY made the mistake they didn’t even attempt to honor it or something. The lady simply said well your reward doesn't expire yet so just come back another day and redeem it with your purchase

The food is just ok, the chicken was rubbery, the food taste like grill! They spend more time talking in their language so u can’t understand, it is so important for a diversity atmosphere! They give you small portions, and I have seen them give the people in the same network more food and better customer service! They need to keep u with mezeh yes, and check with chick FLA customer service, along with a diverse atmosphere !

I like having multiple options for ingredients to add like the pickled onion or the queso diablo, and the always free guacamole. The taste of the food is OK and the price is slightly lower than other places with similar options. I bought 1 taco to try the Cholula chicken and mango salsa, but the "corn" tortilla has a strange texture that makes it appear and taste unlike corn or flour. I'll call it a sad tortilla — next time I'll try the flour one and hope it's better. The Cholula chicken is not spicy at all and the mango salsa isn't as good.Either way, there are many options to choose from and Qdoba is a good place to go for a quick bite while trying to spend the least amount of money on casual eats.

I fist visited this franchise at Ronald Reagan Airport. I was hooked. Each time I flew out of Reagan, I would stop and get a chicken bowl. It was so tasty. Now that I don't travel much, I visited a QDOBA in Woodbridge, VA. It was terrible. The chicken no longer tasted like chicken. The veggie were sweet, and the beans were bland. The only thing that was good was the hot sauce. This is typical of fast food's restaurants. Start out with great quality good, and then drop to lower standards. Too bad.

Clean and fast. The guy that appeared to be the owner was very nice. Greeting everyone with a smile and a very humble leader. A child started crying and he went over with a piece of chocolate. Would happily come here any day of the week.

Qdoba is my favorite place, they have the best service and the food is always great! Every time I order for pick-up the food is always ready early, I've never had to wait.Today I had to pick up my son early from school because he was sick. I called and asked if they bring my food to my car cause I didn't want to drag my sick son inside, and the woman was super kind and brought it out right away! Thank you very much, I really appreciated it! ❤️
