It has been awhile since we last dined here. It has always been one of our favorites. The restaurant was clean and the employees were excellent!
Our food never came, we waited 2.5 hours and then we had to go to a manager, they said they don't know why our food is not being cooked. We finally said we can take it to go and they still said are we sure because they kitchen is not cooking they are behind. Other parties were leaving the restaurant without having their food. Finally the kitchen manger told us she had no clue about what was happening out in the restaurant. They said there preference was the take out/to go orders which overwhelmed them. So the restaurant people inside with reservations were not properly treated fair and provided us with Poor service. The manager came around never to our table and kept apologizing for what was happening.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost its charm. We visited last Sunday with our family to celebrate their arrival from Costa Rica, expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, from the moment we walked in, we were met with poor service—the host at the front was rude and unwelcoming, showing little to no customer service skills. The food was underwhelming. We ordered steaks, but they were overcooked, dry, and lacking flavor—far from the quality we expected. The only bright spot of the evening was our waitress, who genuinely tried her best despite the overall poor experience. It's disappointing to see a once reliable restaurant in decline. Unless improvements are made in service and food quality, we won't be returning anytime soon.
Food taste is always good, but service is not as good as before. Wine glass wasn't clean, we had to return it 3 times for clean wine glass.

I put in a curbside pick up order for my birthday dessert. I couldn't have the key lime pie per website blocking so I got the brownie option. Lots of available parking existed when I arrived and I proceeded to use the designated spot on a Sunday night. Right on time too! I called the place as the sign instructed, but then had a terrific surprise of a young, handsome gentleman bringing my order to my car window from a visible angle before I even reached a person by phone. That's skill and smarts! Great dessert too :)

Worst pasta Ive ever had no flavor, no Alfredo, food cold, straight trash I’m never eating red lobster again I don’t care what location, didn’t even take a picture $40 straight in the trash smh

Friday October 25 2024 . As our every year wedding Anniversary for 21 years . we been choosing Red lobster for our dinner celebration since we think they made the best grilled salmon . That day was our last day to visit this place Service was horrible I meant horrible #1 the waitress told us she’ll take care of our order since another waitress didn’t want to serve us that was extremely rude & disrespectful since it was a special night & dinner for us & our children we just ignored that comment . #2 after 15 min she come to ask for our drink & drinks come like after another 15 min . Than latter she come and wrote our food list . Food took like 45 min to came to our table . We were upsad about to leave & ask for the manager she come nicely and said it was the waitress who didn’t place our food order quick showing us the ticket saying food took 23 min to be cook . Also she added she will fix our ticket giving us a free an appetizer . She really means like she didn’t care about all our time waited and just blame on the waitress . Very sadly after 21 years we definitely will never be back to that place . Just wrote this review just to remind you costumer service is so important you never know that special moment people is celebrating . Food was dry and covered in old bay, but more so the restaurant itself is very dirty. The light above the table has dust, dead flies on it, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time. Same with window sills, dead mosquitoes and layer of dust

The first red lobster I’ve ever been to where the lobster tank was broken so they didn’t have fresh lobster , it was just lobster tails. The didn’t have Pepsi zero sugar per the menu, it was just disheartening, advice to management to invest in the restaurant and make it a place people want to go

I ordered (2) Shrimp Your Way 3’s.I got one with a Scampi and 2 orders of Walt’s Favorite Shrimp and the other one with 3 Walt Favorite Shrimps. I noticed when I got home that in the scampi one it only had the scampi in it and the Walt shrimp. The other one looked correct since it was all 3 Walt Shrimps. I called the Restaurant and spoke to the manager. She asked me how many shrimp I got and I said 8 and the scampi. I was told I was only missing 2 shrimp and I should check the other order to see if the other shrimp was in there. I placed the order expecting it to be right especially after spending $53.88 here and to be told to check the other order is ridiculous. It’s not my job to check the order. The order should have been Checked/Correct before it left out the door.
