Awesome experience every time I go. I really only get takeout and curbside and even with minimal interaction with the staff it always comes off as a pleasant experience. Andrew is the face of this place to us takeout people and he never fails to keep the reputation of this place high with his consistent positive energy and unwavering professionalism.

Service was bad. Food was worse. Chef did not know how to cook. Dry salmon, sent it back, came out again dry. Burger was burnt and dry. That was sent back, came out again overcooked & dry. They ran out of tea. Waiter had to be reminded multiple times to bring things out that had been requested previously. For example: lemon, sugar, containers, plastic to-go bags. Not good!

I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in 20+ years and the last visit was horrible. I’ve been twice in a month! The grilled shrimp and orzo is fantastic and the crab legs are delicious.

This was the worst dining experience ever. Nobody was working up front when we arrived at 7:30 and had to wait. Got seated and was brought the biscuit but not eating utensils. The air was on while it was 32 degrees outsides. Seafood boil was spicy and we asked for original so we sent it back. One seafood was correct, so that person was finished eating by the time we decided not to get the boil after waiting so long. The bathroom was nasty with toilet paper in one out three stalls. The trash was overflowing and paper towels all over the floor around the trash can. The restaurant was mostly empty with no more than 20 people total. Despite the horrible experience we did appreciate our waiter who did a great job to fix everything in his control. We still paid for our meal despite the waiter stating he would take it off and give the seafood bag anyway. We opted to pay and leave him a tip anyway based off the waiter customer service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Red Lobster at all.

This was a special celebration because it was my birthday. I made a reservation and when we arrived, they sat us in the bar area. The bar was not clean and there was paper on the floor and the room was in disarray. The waitress was okay, but she barely checked on us and seemed as though we were bothering her when we asked for tartar sauce. Well, when I asked what was offered for a patrons birthday, she sarcastically told me vanilla ice cream. I thought that was a nice gesture for birthdays. I waited over :10-plus for the beautiful dessert. I had to ask her 2x for the dessert. By the time she bought it to the table, I had lost my appetite. I rarely go to Red Lobster because the wait staff at this restaurant is very rude, incompetent and have no customer service attributes. I was at the Red Lobster in Fredericksburg a couple of weeks ago and the service and food was great.
Jayden T. is what Red Lobster needs now and in the future. Great server with better instincts and insight of all things Red Lobster.
Our birthday celebration was great. We'll be back for her 81st birthday.

Jaime S was a great server and made our experience memorable for lunch on September 06. She was very attentive and friendly. She took time to explain menu options and dietary constrictions/ allergies.

I haven't been to Red Loster in over 10 years due to the high prices for there seafood in the past. I went back tonight. The service was excellent thanks to Lulu and the food was 5 stars all the way. Yes, I'll definitely go back.

Ordered mariners boil with the addition of sausage. Total $57.18.
Found a whole rotten potato under the crab. I called and requested to speak to a manager. The young man who answered asked me what the problem was so I started to explain to him and I also told him that I have pictures of the food. So he said, “Oh let me go grab a manager.” Another guy got on the phone. I started telling him the same thing he said, “OK, let me go speak to a manager.” I thought he was the manager based on what the first guy told me. He came back. He said, “We can credit you $5 for the potato.” I said,” Five dollars! I’m kind of grossed out by this. I can’t finish this meal.” He tells me their thought process was that it’s just the potato. So I say, “I don’t know how you eat your food, but I don’t eat good food mixed in with rotten food. You guys boiled this together.” He said, “let me go get a manager.” Yet again. So finally the manager gets on (she identified herself) And she immediately starts giving me this song & dance of why she couldn’t get on sooner and she already sounds a bit hostile. I, at no time in speaking to any of them, raised my voice or got hostile. When I had said five dollars it was more of a shocked reaction. I start talking to this woman telling her the situation and stating that I have pictures as proof so you can see for yourself. I’m not maliciously or fraudulently trying to get a free meal. And I said, “I don’t understand how your thought process of crediting me five dollars is very thoughtful.” So then she wanted to bump it up to $10. I say, “I have rotten food cooked in my meal. I cannot eat this now.” Still I spoke in a very calm, soothing voice the whole time. She tells the info she received was that it was a crispy potato I had ordered so that’s why the offer was as such. So I reiterated what I ordered and my point. She had told me you know that the Mariners boil is $45 and change as if I didn’t know. So I say, “I paid almost $60 for this meal so apparently I don’t mind paying that because I purchased it. But I cannot eat rotten food. So she abruptly says, “I’ll take care of it!” So I said, “And what do you mean by take care of it?” So she says, “I canceled the order! I canceled it!” I tried to get her name, but she hung up abruptly. Why did she act like I prepared and cooked the damn food?! I don’t understand why ppl have a hard time taking accountability for their bad behavior or service.
I had stopped going here because the food started dropping off. It had been awhile and then I tried them again. So the last time I visited this Woodbridge location, I witnessed an employee doing something nasty so I stopped going there again. It had been over a year and I lost my dang mind because the new CEO put out this new menu with the seafood boils! I said let me try them again. Stupid decision!! This Woodbridge location is horrible and I definitely will never go there again.

Our experience was ok. The food was good in general but there was way to much garlic butter and sauce. The portions are big so our family of four got two starters and two pasta dishes and we had to take some home. My favorite food was probably the black tiger shrimp cocktail. I loved it. I often stood up to examine the live lobsters in the tank.
Thank you for having us❤️
