I pass by this place a lot on my way to work. The halal sign caught my attention and I went in for the lunch special. The place was empty and when I walked in the girl at the front was on her phone. She got up to take my order and had a major attitude when I asked about the lunch special and what it includes, I didn’t hear her properly so I asked her to repeat herself and she got a bigger attitude. I asked her what sides they have and she told me it’s up on the menu. I walked out so fast. There soo many restaurants nearby! I would GLADLY go somewhere that actually has good customer service! People are so rude, she could have been polite but I feel like she would rather be on her phone. I wouldn’t recommend going here just based off the terrible customer service

I order 5 chicken for my daughter birthday and sent me burnt and old chicken. Two of our guest had stomach issues after took bite of the chicken I try to reach out manager and sent pictures but still no respond. I’ll be reaching out to health dept soon.

Got chicken and lamb over rice to go and it smelled so bad, got home and tried it, but it tasted stale and tasteless. Very bad smell coming from it like it was old chicken and lamb and rice from a few days ago. I picked up my order Sunday night. The red spicy sauce tasted like rubber, like very old and chemically. Very disturbing disappointing experience. I deserve a refund for essentially buying trash. They should not be serving trash to people to eat. Very upset. That’s peoples hard earned money. Clearly this place is inconsistent with their food.
