I order 5 chicken for my daughter birthday and sent me burnt and old chicken. Two of our guest had stomach issues after took bite of the chicken I try to reach out manager and sent pictures but still no respond. I’ll be reaching out to health dept soon.

Got chicken and lamb over rice to go and it smelled so bad, got home and tried it, but it tasted stale and tasteless. Very bad smell coming from it like it was old chicken and lamb and rice from a few days ago. I picked up my order Sunday night. The red spicy sauce tasted like rubber, like very old and chemically. Very disturbing disappointing experience. I deserve a refund for essentially buying trash. They should not be serving trash to people to eat. Very upset. That’s peoples hard earned money. Clearly this place is inconsistent with their food.

I didn’t want to leave a bad review for this place because the food is actually food, but their service is terrible and the employee didn't let me speak to the owner to share my experience so I don’t have a choice. Every time I go there, they mess up my order. Today I put order for a quarter chicken and an half chicken with fries on the side but they forgot to put fries in the quarter chicken box. When the worker was asked to add fries he said the fries from the half chicken are “meant to be shared” with the quarter chicken and that we can just do that at home. They also give us one order of rice that is also “meant to be shared”. I called to share my experience but the guy who answered said he is the manager and first tried to make excuses. When I requested to speak to the owner, he changed his statement and said he is the owner. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER AND READING THIS, PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE. Leaving 1 star for food because I didn’t get my sides.

Updating the review because the owner reached out and apologized. He watched the video and agreed that we were not provided good customer service. We went to the place again and didn’t run into any issues.

My first time eating Rocco Chicken 12/9/24. I had the chicken and gyro bowl. Everything was fresh, and very good.
