I didn’t want to leave a bad review for this place because the food is actually food, but their service is terrible and the employee didn't let me speak to the owner to share my experience so I don’t have a choice. Every time I go there, they mess up my order. Today I put order for a quarter chicken and an half chicken with fries on the side but they forgot to put fries in the quarter chicken box. My first time eating Rocco Chicken 12/9/24. I had the chicken and gyro bowl. Everything was fresh, and very good.

I went there twice. First experience was bittersweet because of the service. Food quality was below average. Second time I had a nice time with service and found out I’ve overcharged in my first visit. Both visit, restroom was not clean at all.
