My first ever bad starbucks experience. I stopped here while traveling. It was really early and I had just driven from the airport. I gave the barista my order. She was very friendly initially. I ordered an iced drink but it was made hot. I asked if she could redo my order. She was upset and said you said hot. At this point it is clear there was miscommunication. She made my drink and it was horrible. Unfortunately I was back on the road and couldn't request a refund. Nevertheless I did not have coffee that morning. If I had to guess it was done on purpose.

This location for me is consistently offering good service with smiles. This morning I came in and staff was all smiles and happy. Always appreciate that in the am.

Staff here is absolutely fantastic!!! Everyday I come in, welcomed by name and my drink order ready to scan. Their store manager, Carla sets the service expectation with her team by being the example. Keep up the great service!!

I just left this location. I ordered the spicy falafel pocket since I have a dairy allergy. I was given the wrong pocket (this one had dairy) and I immediately spat it out after one bite. I told the lady working (the only lady here today at 12:45pm) and she didn’t even apologize for her mistake after I politely told her “I’m not upset but to please be careful next time because I have an allergy.” I’m an extremely easy person to please because I’ve been in the service industry, but I’m disgusted by how she didn’t care at all about her mistake and my allergy. My lip is swollen and itchy after my lips and tongue touched the food, if I had actually swallowed the food - then I would have to go to the hospital. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, I just wanted an apology for her careless mistake. I’m a devout Starbucks customer but this experience makes me uneasy to come back.

Nice spot. Not a ton of seating and only two outlets. Wish they'd add more outlets, though I know that would be quite the project. A few more tables with plugins could help the situation. The store is very clean, nice environment, and the employees are always super friendly and personable.

Employees are so rude at this Starbucks. Sometimes I swing by and just sit there and chill and then I buy something afterwards. While I wait for my class at the college to start.
The employee here is rude and told me to leave if I didn’t buy something.
Even though the place was empty I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but it’s definitely not the way to treat customers. 👎🏽
I guess that employee pays for the Starbucks wifi and chairs out of her pocket lol
