I had a really great experience thanks to an employee named Anthony. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. When I ordered my drink, he was extremely patient and attentive, making sure he understood exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the excellent service. I went in flustered, needing help and the way this one girl sprung into action deserves attention. She's there almost every time I go in with a smile and pleasant attitude. I really needed that today.

The young man that worked in the afternoon of december 19th 2024 (food court location) made the best latte I've ever had in my life, despite the store being extremely busy, and me asking for customizations. He was also very nice and polite. 10/10 customer service!
