Rude couple of female employees that can't make food properly then treat you like a criminal when you ask them to fix THEIR mistake, if you can't do the bare minimum and be polite when working on customer service then get a job as a stocker so you don't have to subject people to your terrible personality

Got a Sweet Onion Terriaki it was awful. The chicken was rubbery that my teeth bounced off when I bit down, service person put really overripe tomato slices on the sandwich, asked for extra sauce and got one squirt and the sandwich bread was old not soft. I ended up spitting it out after a couple bites and threw it away. Don’t ever go there. Other subway shops do it up to standards, this one should be condemned as it was kind of dirty looking. I did not sit there as it was take out, but it seems shoppers in Walmart use it as a place to sit rather than eat there. I should have known better. Yuck

I was there and that girl was so rude to me I asked her about bread and she was like making faces and didn’t listen what asked for …. she didn’t have her badge on I wanted to know her name so I could write it here but she’s very rude, unprofessional disrespectful, the other lady helped me and made my order I will never come to this location again because of that nasty rude lady

I will give 0 starts but sadly i cant i was paying for my food when i aployee walk in whithout uniform and start picking up the food that was around the container without gloves and trow it back on the container what i think is disgusting

Worse costumer service ever, my pizza was cold & not well cooked It, I gently asked for it to be double toasted and the lady gave me an attitude saying : So? Like i hadn’t Pay for my food. After I requested so she started to talk in another language to another coworker and they were laughing. What a horrible experience. I’ll never go back again

If I could rate this place a NO (0) star I would. This place had some very rude employees and they didn’t even know what went on the subs. I had to remind them that they forgot meat on the sub. The lettuce looked so gross and omg the pickles. The pickles weren’t even the right color and they looked very soft and squishy . Most of the toppings looked old and not fresh. You could tell that they were not fresh. Also the one employee that helped me with my sub had just gotten back from a break or just coming in didn’t see her wash her hands and she touched her hair before she put on gloves. Then when we went to check out she refused to enter my BOGO coupon and told me I could only use if it was a mobile order. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A month ago my aunt who’s a tourist went to Subway and before the lady took her order my aunt had already paid in advance. My aunt was ordering and the lady who looked middle eastern was taking her order and was so rude I don't know why she got mad and then threw the bread, my aunt goes by there and has recently and the lady is still working there. How is it possible nothing has been done?! Why hasn't the manager look into it..her behavior was very unprofessional. Another guy was with the lady when it happened and he didn't do nor said anything about it.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Walked in at 7:55pm to order a sandwich. Door states that they close at 10pm google shows that they close at 8:30pm. As soon as I walked someone from the back screened “We are closed”. Why is your door open and unlocked like you are open for business. Don’t go this location just keep going to the other location less than a mile away at 13850 Smoketown
