Entirely disrespectful. I’m understanding when it comes to ‘mistakes’ but failing to put all the veggies on two entire orders is just neglectful. If it was just the mistake, I’d excuse this interaction but i ordered a pizza with veggies and was told bc it said cheese pizza with toppings they didn’t add the veggies even tho it was an option on the app and toppings were on the receipt/order. The worker then dumps hot veggies on the already made pizza when i came in to correct the issue. I had to come in twice to fix the same order and not even an apology was offered, just excuses. I was then told to excuse the multiple mistakes because i used a promo code that Subway OFFERED. As if using a promo code discounts from the accuracy of an order. Store worker fixed the order but I didn’t at all care for the service and attitude I was given for someone else’s mistake. I was more than willing to be understanding to new workers but i felt there was no grace extended to me for being rightfully upset.

Did not at all follow my directions with my suaces. Also, I asked for tuna in a 6 inch sub and I barley tasted or saw anything. The bread was pretty soggy as well as not being toasted at all even though I asked to make it extra cripy
Needed a quick lunch before a meeting in the area. Had a great experience at this Subway restaurant. Sandwich was tasty and service provided very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and I would definitely return if back in the area. Stop in and give it a try!
