Amazing customer service and patience. When another customer expressed disappointment at the lack of apples, one of the employees took money from the register to walk to the grocery store to buy then cut apples. Very commendable!
Zeidy is the reason that our family keeps coming back to this sweetFrog location over any of the other locations in the DMV. We had our End of the Year Girl Scout celebration at SweetFrog, and it was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the day special for our girls. The shop was beautifully decorated just for us, and the team gave the girls a behind-the-scenes tour to show how they make their yogurt fresh every day—which they loved!
