“This Taco Bell location can be very hit or miss. I’ve had some great experiences where the food was fresh, prepared correctly, and the service was friendly, but I’ve also had times where the order was inaccurate or the quality was noticeably off. It doesn’t seem to depend on the time of day, as I’ve visited for both lunch and dinner and have experienced both positive and negative visits. When everything comes together, it’s a solid experience, but the inconsistency makes it difficult to know what to expect.“
“They got our order exactly right (2 steak chalupas, 3 crunchy beef tacos supreme, 1 pintos and cheese, 3 cinnamon twists) and the lady at the drive thru window was sweet. I saw inside the window a whole team of ladies bustling around. Thank you, ladies! God bless you.“
“I am trying to figure out what happened? Probably just an off day because I've always had good service here. An hour ago I went through the drive in. 1 car before me but no one behind me. I ordered a Mexican Pizza Combo. Med Pizza, 2 reg hard tacos and lg Pepsi. At the window I paid and got my Pepsi and bag. No I didn't check, no there was no receipt in the bag. The young lady was very professional and courteous. I ts freezing outside and I finally get home. There were reg Nachos that looked awful and a soggy soft taco. Nothing close to what is ordered and paid for. If there were other vehicles in line, mix until a happen. But it was just me. I did notice there's no longer a person taking the order on the microphone, now it's an automated system. I am just a bit surprised that's all and will mention it next time. So I'm thinking either the new automated system, perhaps an online or app order? No clue. Thx“
