This is for Dine In experience ONLY!I'm not too big on the self service there with the kiosk. The workers act as if they can't help at all because it's there. The ambiance is usually pretty dim. The portraits are nice and the food tastes good. The cantina chicken taco is spicy , good though. The Mexican pizza is not my favorite anymore as it has more beans than anything else. Other than that, the rest of the menu is pretty good.

Depending on who is working, the inside can be disgusting, and the choice of music played can be even worse. I put in a complaint to Taco Bell, and this location seems to be doing better.
I did the drive through. This Taco Bell is along the old bridge road in Lake ridge but at the same time tucked away with matured trees in the backyard as you go through the drive through

I'm rating on the one off of Old Bridge Road they are very polite the food is always tasting fresh I like that Taco Bell better than the one here on in Lake Ridge Road Taco bell food got to get much better they just sloppy with the food. They always get my orders wrong.

The employees are great! Management is too! My issue is the inconsistency in the portions. One day the portions are awesome the next is very poor.

Was 1 of 2 people in drive thru. Not busy at all. Menu board broken can't see anything. My total was 16.15$ and they forgot half my order. Made it all the way to job site before I relized...... so I basically gave them 16 bucks for absolutely nothing because I wasn't going to eat infront of my helper........ I apologize to any staff members, I can't imagine how difficult it must be to bag proper food items.... and take money through window.... with a calculator.Literally a waste of money.

5 stars for a TacoBell. The staff are quick and accurate in their food prep, and they're friendly and courteous. The dinning room is clean. Most TacoBell ataff are not trained as well as these folks, best in the area. I avoid the others.
It's taco bell-- hit or miss...but gotta have it.Always good customer service though

I don't understand how nothing at this particular Taco Bell is ever prepared for lunch rush or dinner. I gave this place a few chances and every time I have to wait forever for my food and when I do finally get it, it's always ice cold...
