It's falling from grace. I've received a watered-down refresher in the past, and as recently as last week, I walked in and a gentleman was visibly upset due to his wait time. To their defense, the staff was focused solely on the drive-thru line instead of servicing a dual purpose. Why isn't this place strictly a drive-thru? It's the perfect location and isn't necessarily in a residential area for walk-ins. Just my two cents. Anyway, the staff is different...
I’ve been coming to this same Taco Bell for almost a year now. Never had an issue the employees are always nice reliable and fast worker. I’m always in and out. The Manager who’s always there always had a smile on her face as she greets me. It’s always been a pleasure walking in and walking out. I love going there to get my food.
