My star is based on service and poor management reaction. I placed a carry out order which should have been $98 and some change but then it turns out I was charged $110.33 per my bank. I remember the server asking if I wanted to tip and I said No. I’m pretty sure now she tipped herself when I said no. I called to speak with a manager and was told he was going to look into it as I had lost my receipt and it’s been 5 days I am still waiting for them to call me. I need an answer because when you take money is not yours is called stealing! she better return that money and management needs to do something about it.

Came in Sunday around 2:30 to take my niece out for her birthday. I've never been neither had she so we were excited to try it . Upon walking in the host seated directly at the door , was on the phone with a customer and didn't acknowledge us at all . We stood there over 5 min until she finally said she would call them back and sat us . We looked over the menu for over 10 min when I realized no one had ever come to my table . At that moment I decided it wasn't worth my money or time and left . We ended up going to another seafood resturant in the area when we're treated with better service. First and last time coming to the Tasty crab .

I was very sad with my catfish dinner. Fish was done but barely fried and half my hush puppies were raw and half were so hard you can’t eat them. Won’t go back.

Amazing service! The food was great and we were well taken care of unfortunately towards the end of our meal we found a cockroach in our drink! We were extremely disappointed and disgusted most of all, it makes us wonder if the kitchen is clean and sanitized. We paid over $150. We were just really disappointed with the food quality in the drink quality as well. We hope this doesn’t happen to any future customers because this was really. Upsetting and it ruined our whole evening

Went there with my parents , spent over $100, they need to hire new workers , the service was horrible , they just hid in the back and I had to find them more than 2 times , we left a poor tip and I guess the worker thought they deserved more so THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CARD $20 more.

We arrived at the restaurant at 10:30 p.m. and the hostess told us that they only have dining in until 10:15 p.m. But another group came behind us and they were able to enter. Please use the correct times on your poster.

Food was horrible nobody at the table like it, even the kids. I ordered all you can eat and i tried every flavor and nothing was good. I was hoping for at least one good flavor. The all mixture looked like old McDonald's sweet and sour sauce. And had a gelly like texture... On top of that i waited 20-30 mins just for another round. They were only giving me a cluster at a time bacuse i only wanted the snow crab legs. But you'll think they would at least give me the amout of 3 choices since i only wanted the snow crab legs. Ultimately it made me end up wasting money cause everyone was ready to go and tired of waiting.

Food was great! Service was great!! Our server was kind enough to bring us sauces as we requested and was very quick and responsive. Shrimp and garlic butter all day!

I was there with my family and we got a seafood boil and ended up with a very dry seafood boil bearly no sauce and they dont explain the small print on the all you can eat and they have extra fees at the end without informing you about it and then we complained about it and it was 375 for 5 of us even thought it wasn't adding up to what it said on the menu and then the manager put it around to 200 which we were sorta ok with then we left and forgot the card and we were looking for it turns out the manager hid it and acted like he didn't like if we were stupid and he was hesitant to show us the cameras to show he hid it so I dont recommend this place at all dont ever go there they will suck you dry off you money.

I'm very frustrated with my recent experiences with Tasty Crab, My first order had to be canceled because they didn’t have an item listed on the menu,, which was incredibly inconvenient. I then placed a second order hoping to finally get what I wanted, but unfortunately, the second order was missing a sandwich from this order. It's incredibly disappointing not receive the items you've paid for, especially not once, but twice. I then called the establishment to speak to the manager, and someone pretending to be the manager whom I later caught in a lie finally put the manager on the phone. I will not be ordering from this establishment again due to the mediocre customer service and professionalism. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I had the ultimate crab cake sandwich and it was good! We also had fried calamari for starters and that was nice and crispy! The place was nice and clean.
