Smokey Bones on Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge is a great place to go for delicious steaks and ribs. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. I have had a really good experience every time that I have been here.

Unfortunately you can't actually go to the burger experience. They only offer food through Uber Eats and Grub Hub. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Smokey Bones (the company the makes the Burger Experience) anyway.I'll plan ahead and make a pickup order through Uber Eats next time I want to grab a sandwich from "The Burger Experience". Delivery didn't work out so well last time...I got a 1/2 lb Burger, no pickles, it was perfect. She got a pulled pork sandwich, it was a little dry, but they offered a variety of sauces and she ended up enjoying it.

Very friendly atmosphere. I've only had the pulled pork, which is pretty good, and the garlic toast is great. Service is excellent. I'd return.

Second order from this place within a week. Wanted to give them a second chance after the first order was completely incorrect. This time: actually worse. Ordered a green chili burger and two cheese burgers along with an unsweetened ice tea. Received three plain burgers and a sweet tea. Only reason I'm okay with the single star is that the fries (plain) were tasty and incredibly the only part of the order that came as it was supposed to be. Same treatment on both orders, have to assume it's just how this place goes. Absolutely cannot recommend in any way

Visited Smokey Bones in Clearwater Florida while on vacation it was so good ate there 3 times had a full rack of ribs BBQ sandwich and a stacked potato food was excellent and service was real good so thought we would try Smokey Bones in Woodbridge Virginia and the waitress was rude and sarcastic act like she didn't want to work and was poor quality ordered a full rack of ribs and it was not a full Rec ask to speak to manager he came to the table and he said this is what are supplier gives us would not recommend Smokey Bones in Woodbridge

If truth be told, we were headed for Famous Dave's across the street. But a wrong turn left us on the wrong side of the road and we ended up at Smokey Bones. We had a "World Tour" and a Brisket platter. The brisket was among the best I've ever had. Everything else, including the sides (bean, slaw, fries, apples) was pretty good. We haven't been to Dave's for a while (pandemic and all that), but we found Bones a bit better than Dave's. We'd go back to either. Both offer acceptable "corporate" BBQ.

I was having work done on my car in this area and thought ribs would be nice for lunch. I entered just after it opened, came up to the hostess and said "one" (as in, one person for lunch). She asked my name.... typed it up in her system (like a reservation for a place with no one in line, big empty place....?) and she finally asked me my last name. I said, rather surprised, "do I really have to tell you that to get lunch?" She then went to talk to her supervisor. It transpires that she thought I was picking something up, despite my gesturing to a seat as I tried to make her understand I was there for lunch. With that Marx Brothers routine cleared up and concluded, service was good after that. OK. So, next, I was looking forward to a half-rack. It transpires that SB serves 1/3, 2/3, or a full rack. The 1/3 rack turns out to be four bones worth, and comes with with two sides. Mind you, the sides, especially the cole slaw, were really good, but I did get the impression that the ribs were pre-or-post oven-ed as they lacked any smoke-induced lacquer. Still, it was tasty, the sauce choices on the table were very good, and perhaps I didn't need a half rack after all. Nice place for lunch; super clean, and the price was compatible for the area. Liked the condiments table-side! Service at the table was fast and good. I'd go back.

My wife and I ate dinner at the Woodbridge, Virginia, location on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. It was our first visit but not our last. Our server, Joslyn, was wonderful. Our St. Louis ribs, fries, cinnamon apples, and bag o' donuts were delicious. My wife enjoyed her Red Passion Rita cocktail.

The food was good, but the service was excellent! My waitress was busy helping other tables and Brie who was not my waitress stepped up and treated me as if I was her only customer. She was very busy and noticed my waitress was running'behind and she really took care of me. She got everything spot on and with a smile. I think you have a great employee! She should be reconized for her dedication and skills! If she had not done what she did my experience would have not been so good!

The Greeter met us and then disappeared. Another person escorted us to an open table in the near-empty dining room (the bar was busy). Our waitress didn't know if the Rib Platter could be shared (it could). The Ribs had a salty, crispy coating and were moist but fatty. The baked potato was lukewarm and the corn was soggy. They were out of cornbread, so they substituted french fries. We skipped dessert and were happy to leave.
