Usually I have a pretty good experience at this Wendy’s, but tonight was very disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a Coke and an Asiago chicken sandwich. The employee taking the order was moody and rude. When I received my food, the sandwich was missing—possibly a misunderstanding—so I let it go. Unfortunately, when my wife started eating her meal, the issues continued. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard, like they had been sitting too long. The fries were only room temperature and appeared to be overcooked. On top of that, the Coke had no syrup and tasted like carbonated water. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.

Tried to order a biggie bag for my son, was told it was 7.70. Tried to explain that I just wanted the 5$ meal and he said the total after everything was still 7.70. Ordered the bacon Jr stack because IT WAS ON THE MENU UNDER THE BIGGIE BAG DEAL and he proceeds to get my drink and order size. Get to the window and handed a bag with only a burger. Another worker a hispanic man asks me what im waiting for and I tell him the drink and he says the burger doesn't come with the drink and that I only ordered the burger. Why did you ask me what drink I wanted and what sauce for my nuggets ? Ended up driving away because no point in arguing with incompetency on somwthing as fragile as putting an order in.This is not the first time ive had an issue with an order getting taken wrong at this particular location. Wouldnt recommend as it seems the kids are more interested in conversing than making sure the order is taken right.

Staff lead came to counter eating and chewing, no acknowledgement. Ordered my food and the fries were hot but the meat on the burgers were hard and cold. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets but they gave me regular nuggets. Wasn’t a good deal or experience for me.
