I am extremely pleased that my husband and I have stumbled upon this hidden gem. Chau is such a sweetheart and her food is just so flavorful and delicious. I am always smiling when speaking to her on the phone and from the first time I tasted her food (chicken & veggie Pho, spring rolls) I know I will be a forever customer! Pet friendly seating outside!This was our lunch stop on our way to the Smokey Mts and we were delighted we made the right choice.The food is spectacular and the owner is such a wonderful person as she was in shop greeting and tending to everyone.There are tables and chairs on the outside sidewalk that allowed us to eat with our dog.Serving size is a decent portion.Awesome hole in the wall in a small quaint town. Chau's is a hidden gem in the town of Wytheville.Not only does she provide great fresh food you are always greeted with a smile and curtesy.We tend to only eat at local restaurants and Chau's is hands down one of the best in the area, highly recommend. Her deserts are great as well!!
