definitely would not recommend. Ordered the bacon wrapped filets @ $45! Not many restaurants have the balls to do a high end steak. So I figured Id give it a go. Ordered med rare came out rare and bacon was raw. Service was horrible our waitress was NEVER around and took 15mins for a drink. Maybe 10 customers total. They definitely need to tighten up. 3 out of 10
😎ok it’s fine. Not special but snitzel in south West Virginia is a good find

Based on the reviews, The Red Stag Restaurant & Matterhorn Lounge offers a great place to eat with food that is absolutely incredible and outstanding. The German-inspired menu with American touches delivers fresh, flavorful food made with care. The spaetzle with blackened chicken, schnitzel, short rib, mushroom ravioli, burger, and the "RHINE WURST" are all mentioned as fantastic. The sides were excellent. The service is excellent, with staff described as kind, accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a unique dinner-theater feel. The location is unassuming tucked away behind some hotels off the highway, but the Red Stag exceeded expectations. The drinks were mixed perfectly. This place is a must-stop for a solid meal.
