We went in on a slow Tuesday and were met with smiling faces and delicious food! Mary was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu and so personable with our three little ones. It’s so rare we feel welcomed in restaurants with our big family but moondog has def be the exception!! Amazing true NY style thin crust pizza that was flavorful down to the crust! The kitchen did amazing! Thank you moondog, we’ll be back again for sure!
This is the second time we've gotten takeout from Moon Dog on our stay in Wytheville, and it doesn't disappoint! It's easy to order by phone, and is only 5 minutes from the hotels, with easy angled parking on Main street. The pizza is fantastic!
Stopped by while passing through. The moment you enter the door you feel unwanted. The guy behind the counter seems frustrated that he has to take your order and goodness forbid you have to ask a question about the menu. Very poor customer service then has the audacity to hand a reciept over that asks for a tip. Food was okay. The sub was a pretty healthy size but the pizza wasnt cooked all the way with soggy dough in the center. The cheese bread isnt all that great either. Also,...
