“We had the good fortune of visiting Ruby Tuesday’s in Wytheville, Virginia, our second time there! What an amazing experience! We were greeted at the front by the sweetest and nicest young lady, Jacqueline and from there it just kept getting better! Jacqueline was concerned about my allergies and provided us with the perfect spot to keep me safe! Then we got to meet Crystal, the server God that was super kind, very concerned about keeping me safe, diligent in every way possible and did I mention she was also amazing!! During our meal the manager Alisa (I think that’s how it was spelled) came over to welcome us! She was a blast, she made us feel at home! This is one of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a very long time and we do go to a lot of restaurants but the service, the atmosphere and most of all the genuine heart in all of the staff was incredible! Kudos for doing such an awesome job hiring the best people! Thank you to Jacqueline, Crystal and Alisa for an incredible end to a very long day! If you ever come to Canada, look us up!“
