They have consistently been excellent in customer service, coffee making, and just anything you can think of. They have always been so nice that I feel as though I’m cheating on them when I get coffee while out of town. In fact, today I got a complimentary coffee without asking because they made one incorrectly. It made my day and I am extremely appreciative of this place!
I was passing through and haven’t had starbucks in years, and I am glad I stopped. My drink was made by Mea and was absolutely delicious! Her and Tessa helped me with my drink selection as I was a little confused. They were both so sweet to take the time.
Everything here feels just right. The windows, dining area, and tables are spotless. The staff look sharp — neat, polite, and quietly friendly. Nobody’s banging dishes or yelling across the counter. The background music is calm and perfectly balanced. The restrooms are clean, and even the lock buttons work smoothly and make sense. Perfect spot! Honestly, it feels like this place was started by a Russian entrepreneur — I’ve only seen cafés with this level of care back...
