“Good customer service! They were rushing out $1000 catering order and still had orders trays to go. Clean restroom and lobby area. Food was decent fries were fresh and the buffalo ranch dip cup is good!

“The staff were great, the food for some reason much better than the KFC where I live at. The dining area on the other hand wasn't as warming. Can't blame the staff because it was very clean but felt very outdated but overall it was good enough to eat in

“just had to share. My mom had a doctors appointment Friday and on our way to drop her off at work afterwards, she informed me she wanted CFA for lunch and that some of her co-workers had ordered from CFA and needed a curbside. Going through the drive thru for her lunch, we asked at the window where the curb pick up lanes were. The outside CFA employee said to follow him. He walked along side my car and parked us. Informing him we had not one, not two, but three separate pick ups plus my mom’s drive thru order, we laughed. He then verbally memorized all 4 order names and said he’d be right back. He did not write anything down, simply repeated the names back and left. Minutes later we received our orders one, two then three and four. This young man not only went the extra mile, once but numerous times to make sure we had everything we ordered. It was all perfect and we received everything we asked for. I would have given him a tip if I’d of had cash on me. He was so kind, caring and genuine. Times like these remind me that good people still exist and they all must work at Chick-Fil-A. Thank you Jacob, You made our day. <3“
