Worse Tropical Smoothie ever. The lead supervisor tonight has very poor professional skills. I will never return. Left in the pouring rain after placing an order for 3 people. There were no chips in my bag, food was in correct. Had to go back to get it corrected and then find out one of the smoothies were wrong. The food they fixed taste horrible and the smoothie is terrible. Called and all the led shift person said was " thank you for letting me know".
I just left this location & have to say that the food was AMAZING & the ladies working there were just as wonderful. Thanks again!!
This is by far the BEST Tropical Smoothie out there. Their customer service is exceptional, the manager (Indian women) and a guy named Liam trully make the difference. Today they gave out FREE meals to the Coast Guard, we were able to pick whatever we wanted from the menu and it was on them.
They now more than ever can count on my loyalty.
