Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We arrived at 9:20pm. Placed our order. Our food was really fresh and delicious. Our host was very pleasant. He offered great customer service. We enjoyed our late night meal while traveling. Highly recommend thus location and their team!

My sandwich had a raw spot in it and they quickly made me a new one, but we’ll wait and see if I get sick. My stars might change.

Not sure what it is but this specific Popeyes location has the most tastiest fresh fried chicken. It almost seems like the other Popeyes locations are missing something this location is using. My daughter says the same thing!

I visit popeyes regularly when we go on road trips. This location was the worse I have ever been to and that in itself is saying all you need to know. They couldn’t figure out how to take the order so I spent 10 minutes explaining I wanted a *5 piece spicy tender combo with fry’s, large mash potatoes and gravy, and an extra side of gravy* …. When I finally got my meal my tenders were cold, fry’s were soggy, my mashed potatoes had a teaspoon of gravy and the side of gravy was maybe a tablespoon worth. My husband also got a teaspoon of gravy on his. Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. (I didn’t even ask to talk to a manager she just walked up and had an attitude from the very beginning). Will never be visiting this location again. There is way better ones on our way home from my two sons college!

Absolutely the best Popeyes food ever! Fresh, plenty of seasoning on fries and blackened tenders. Perfect, buttery biscuits. Friendly, efficient crew. Definitely 5 stars!

Great for a bite, but don't bother trying to contact them. My wife, child, and I had to leave in a hurry after we ate (had a minor baby emergency) and ended up leaving some essential baby items behind; we've called the phone number on this location's Google page dozens of times over the last 24 hours, and it's like there's not even anyone there - rings for two minutes, then goes to a busy signal. We're hoping corporate can get in touch with them, but we're not holding our breath.

This one is really good compared with the one in Norfolk at Hampton and terminal Blvd. Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is clean and large. Pleasant surprise.
