Review edit and update: 1/5/26, I received a response back from the form which resolved my issue from their corporate form.
I placed a mobile order on December 25th for a Grande Iced Shaken Espresso and a short Cappuccino with gingerbread syrup. Both drinks were made incorrectly.
The Iced Shaken Espresso tasted like milk and water with no coffee flavor. A Grande shaken espresso is supposed to contain three shots and be coffee-forward, but this one was extremely pale and thin, suggesting only one shot or a missing shot entirely. It did not resemble a shaken espresso in taste, color, or strength.
The cappuccino had the same issue. It should be one of the strongest drinks Starbucks makes, yet the espresso flavor was almost nonexistent. Even with syrup, the coffee should still be prominent, but it was not.
The only item that was correct was the cake pop.
This appears to be an espresso preparation and quality control problem, not a preference issue. Both drinks were under-dosed or poorly pulled. Mobile orders should receive the same care and accuracy as in-store orders.
While I appreciate the convenience of this location, the shot calibration and drink building do not match paying over $14 for a simple coffee order.

This location is convenient to my home and I have stopped there many times. The quality of service has declined to the point I am not making the stop. This is the second time I have ordered an Impossible breakfast sandwich and it was not in stock. The first time they took my order and then left me waiting to finally ask when it was coming out. They were out of stock and I guess did not realize it so took the order but left me hanging. Today online was down so drove to the store, waited in line and was told out of stock again. This was 4 weeks since my last attempt so enough time to get stock. I like SB and like having one so close by but this will be my last time. Too bad.
**Edit to my previous review. I have been back a couple of times and the service has dramatically improved.
The last time I had a brief casual, friendly conversation with the young man taking my taking my order and it brightened my morning.

As loyal Starbucks customers, we believe in the power of the greeting, smile, and check in. We did not get any of this at this location this morning. There were at least 12 people in back of us and the place was hopping, and we understand that it's a hard job, probably not unionized, and blah wages. But smiling and talking to people would actually make all of the staff feel better, too.

I went inside the Starbucks to place an order for two ham and cheese croissants and two cake pops. It took 10 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Before receiving the food, I went to the napkin and straw bar to get napkins. The napkin and straw bar was filthy and did not have any napkins. I immediately went to the girls who was making the drinks and asked if she could give me some napkins because there were none on the counter. She told me that she would get them in a moment. My food was done and she set it on the counter and called out my name. I still do not have napkins. I asked for napkins again and she said I told you someone's giving it for you. Another person came out with a pack of napkins and was not worried about giving me any napkins but instead was going to fill the napkin container. I grabbed some napkins and left. The customer service is not very good there. And the environment is not clean.

I haven’t taken a sip and this is a grande caramel macchiato. Why is it 3/4 full and costs $8? I noticed it felt light when the barista handed it to me but was rushing to work and this is truly unacceptable

I arrived at this Starbucks this morning and was repelled by the smell. It smelled like sewage throughout the whole store. I complained about it but they were still serving customers throughout the day (and the issue was not fixed). This is unsanitary for customers and for the employees who had to work all day in that awful smell. I won’t be going back.

The water cooler is mounted to the wall some people , thise requiring power, sit against. It sound like a power drill every 30 seconds. How is this place a Starbucks?

So I live in the area and love going to Starbucks but here for the past year plus all Starbucks services have been awful I went through the drive-through here in Zion’s crossroad. I read to the young lady exactly what I wanted to order. I had screenshot it the recipe and I read it to her. I asked for a Venti when I got to the window. I had a grande they took the grande cup and poured it over into a Venti cup, and then try to add more ice which made the drink water down. When I asked to speak to a manager she wanted to argue with me about them, not being able to fill the cup to the rim, they could not give me more whipping cream, but could add ice, which made the drink water down what happens to customers are always right and even if a customer is wrong, you should’ve just fixed a new drink and went upon our day, this isn’t the first time that they have messed up on my order and what makes it so bad is that they want to catch an attitude over a cup of coffee that I spent my money on instead of just making the customer a new drink and happy

Stopped using drive-thru as the wait seemed much longer than going inside. Never have any issues when I order ahead on the app. Quick pick up time and my drinks are always made right.
