So I live in the area and love going to Starbucks but here for the past year plus all Starbucks services have been awful I went through the drive-through here in Zion’s crossroad. I read to the young lady exactly what I wanted to order. I had screenshot it the recipe and I read it to her. I asked for a Venti when I got to the window. I had a grande they took the grande cup and poured it over into a Venti cup, and then try to add more ice which made the drink water down. When I asked to speak to a manager she wanted to argue with me about them, not being able to fill the cup to the rim, they could not give me more whipping cream, but could add ice, which made the drink water down what happens to customers are always right and even if a customer is wrong, you should’ve just fixed a new drink and went upon our day, this isn’t the first time that they have messed up on my order and what makes it so bad is that they want to catch an attitude over a cup of coffee that I spent my money on instead of just making the customer a new drink and happy

Stopped using drive-thru as the wait seemed much longer than going inside. Never have any issues when I order ahead on the app. Quick pick up time and my drinks are always made right.

I was burned when purchasing a hot beverage the employee neglected to ensure that the lid was properly on tight. Once the hot beverage fell on my lap and arm the employee then stated we have had issues with the lids. There was no apologies given more napkins given. I reached out to both the store manager and GM. Who were nice and stated we wish we would have provided you with ice. I then received a message stating 13 would be refunded for this issue

This location seems to be struggling and needs some love. Products are constantly out of stock and the wait times for drinks and food are consistently 2-3x longer than other locations, even when the store isn’t busy. The photos I posted are all from today. It was slow and even with ordering ahead my order wasn’t ready after 10 minutes.

To be clear, it’s fantastic to have a Starbucks in Zion, but it might be worth it to cross train staff at other stores and vise versa.

Starbucks has lost a customer forever. Today I went to Starbucks at Zioncrossroads, ordered 1Venti Gingerbread latte, 2 grande gingerbread lattes and 3 ham and swiss croissants. The order was $37 and change. I get to the drive thru window to pay and reach out with $100 and the cashier refuses to take it. Her response was they can't take that. I asked you don't take cash? No we can't take $100 bill. I offer a $50. She again refuses to take the cash. She states they don't have change for that. On a $37 order they don't have $12 change. So in other words they do not take cash. Legal tender in the United States is not taken by Starbucks in Zions Crossroads. I will NEVER spend another dime at Starbucks.

You need to train your baristas better my daughter and I went through the drive thru today 12/12/2024 ordered 2 drinks a mocha cookie crumble then a caramel frap they put caramel all over the mocha drink totally screwed up the caramel frap I threw it in the trash paid 7$ for it won’t be going back there anytime soon!

As expensive and soulless as any other Starbucks. Not very busy when I visited and I received fast service. The barista gave me a friendly smile.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Starbucks. Placed an order through the app, for pickup, at 10:25 am. It’s currently 11:05 am and I only just received my order. The drive thru is an even bigger mess. Not sure how this location stays in business. I won’t be returning.

No real complaints. Other then consistency between locations. Not a big deal. I always order the same coffee drink. Sometimes taste varies widely

I live close to this location and stopped in before 7 am for breakfast and a drink. Attached please find a photo of the half frozen sandwich I received. The bacon was undercooked and the eggs were still hard from being frozen. I has left before opening the sandwich so I could not go back. I contacted this store and spoke to Emily who was very nice but for what they charge Starbucks needs to do better with the process before someone gets food poisoning.
