Stopped using drive-thru as the wait seemed much longer than going inside. Never have any issues when I order ahead on the app. Quick pick up time and my drinks are always made right.
I come to this Starbucks every single Tuesday and Thursday after my sons speech therapy for a cake pop and coffee and this is the BEST Starbucks in VA in my opinion. My favorite barista knows my order and what time I come through and she is honestly such an angel, especially when I’m having a rough day. I look forward to days when she works because she always is the sweetest thing! All the baristas are awesome and this location is just 10/10. Always clean, always friendly.
I felt Starbucks deserved a second chance and I decided to update my previous review. Since my last review Starbucks has greatly improved, Yay!!! The service is more personable and the quality of the items I received tastes much better. Sometimes this location can get a little busy at the drive-thru but; nonetheless, the staff is always polite. Kudos to this Starbucks for listening to concerns and keeping the customer first.
