What an absolute gem. Massive portions, massive quality. Ideal atmosphere - exactly everything I was hoping for. It was so incredible that I forgot the pain from booking my airBnb a week too late to see leaves. At least for a moment
So happy to have found this place when looking for something new before attending a play at Arlington Commons. Food tastes were amazing - every single bite. German food is my heritage, and the chef's minor Vermont adaptations make everything wonderful. Will definitely return!
Attended their Octoberfest celebration so it was a busy weekend but they should staff accordingly. There was no dedicated hostess. & it seemed a bit chaotic. The best thing we did was sat at the bar waiting for our table and shared a huge giant homemade Bavarian pretzel with delicious maple butter - a definite must! I felt like I was back in Germany! Unfortunately, I did not care for the homemade Bratwurst. And was very disappointed when they ran out of ice cream to put on...
