Poorest service I’ve ever had waiters walked by us for twenty minutes without coming to take food order all employees walking around taking and complaining about personal issues place is a dump! Literally walked out and left our drinks and I’ve never done that in my life don’t waste your time or money !

2nd time ordering my 2st experience wasn’t good so I thought I’d give it another chance but Idk how this company is still running the overall food quality is just bad! You can tell they aren’t changing the oil everything had the same weird after taste just bad …. this is freezer section food at a premium price ?just nasty

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Chili’s. Never really had a bad experience to speak of, and otherwise everything is pretty average. If you’re somehow new to Chili’s, the food is essentially American food with a southwestern twist. I will say if you’re a fan of mozzarella- their fried mozzarella is pretty good. Most dishes will run you $15-$25. The location is a little strange to get into as you have to pull into the Hannaford parking lot and drive through a rough section of unpaved parking lot space.
I have been here two weeks in a row. First week I thought they must be having a bad day becuase I have never been to a chilis where the service was that slow and the food was definitely not up to corporate standards. I came again this week and it was far worse.I thought back and realized that I have had 3 of my friends.tell me that this location is terrible and if they had never been to a different chilis they would never go to one again, and tbh, I feel the same.

It was a pleasant experience great to see the whole crew front and back working together as a team definitely will come
Stopped here to grab a quick lunch during my break. The bartender was great. However I ordered the chicken wings and the tasted a little weird. Come to find out that they weren’t cooked all the way through. The bartender apologized and the manager also apologized. They gave me a comp for half of it. Unfortunately it was my first time here and I won’t be returning. Uncooked chicken is a big no no.

Sat at the bar. While there were 3 staff working back there, there was actually a 4:30 time period where nobody was back there. Many of the bar guests drinks were empty.The bright spot was the food runner and busser, they were doing a great job.
